RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:
Nuclear air and gas treatment systems requiring the highest efficiency and the longest radioiodine service life even in the presence of relative humidities approaching 100%. Type CNN-816 an ideal adsorbent for use in systems that are tested in accordance with ASTM D3803-1989 (USNRC GL 99-02).
PERFORMANCE:
This product exceeds the requirements USNRC Regulatory Guide 1.52 (Rev. 2), and ANSI N509-80, Table 5-1.
CAUTION:
Wet activated carbon depletes oxygen from air. Sample atmosphere for oxygen content prior to entering any vessel containing wet, activated carbon.
